Omg totally forgot about the government alert. I had headphones on and just got the shock of my life.

I can relate to the age gap. My youngest sister was born in summer 2021. We have absolutely nothing in common but she just pauses randomly and says, “you’re my best friend” and it melts my heart.

I’d been teaching all week, went to prom at two other schools I’d previously worked at on Wednesday & Thursday, it was Friday, I’d taught a full day of lessons, picked a random satin dress in my car boot after school, was stood in the playground drinking pink lemonade & v tired.

It’s my Twitter anniversary today. Been on here for 16 years which is more than half my life 🤣 I only joined this app because at the time it was so unknown that our school hadn’t blocked it yet. I wonder what I’d have thought then if I knew I’d go on to be a teacher.
