My first ever visit to The Alzheimer's & Dementia Show and such a privilege to join Younger People with Dementia CIO, Admiral Nurses and Arlene Astell to share our wonderful collaborative project Together Stronger, supporting children and young people with a parent living with young onset dementia The Museum of English Rural Life .

Last week was photography walks at Swinley Forest for our group with young onset #dementia in East Berkshire. We had fun getting to grips with a variety of digital equipment including phones, iPads and cameras, laughing and chatting as we went 🌿🪵

This year we have been lucky to be selected as Charity of The Year for Xtrac Limited & were thrilled to be joined by their team members at our gardening workshop in Berkshire. They accompanied the group in harvesting our veg. A big thank you to Xtrac for all of their support 💚
