Our first egg has hatched. Welcome to the world. We have called her Hope.

We have had lots of chicks hatching through the night and two more this morning. Today the chicks who are dry and fluffy have been moved into the brooder.

This week we have been creating our own Dragons based on the text Tell Me A Dragon by Jackie Morris.

Today our Year 2 children have supported their own learning by independently selecting books to magpie their favourite words and phrases. Many have used these in their own writing justifying their choices.
