We are delighted to announce that we've been appointed by Betsi Cadwaladr to construct Llandudno Orthopaedic Theatres for £10.5m on the existing site of the General Hospital, Llandudno, Conwy County Council.

Groundworks started in March 2024, scheduled to last 43 weeks.

Social value manager, Alison Hourihane together with site manager, Paul McCaffrey, joined the team of volunteers for Tidy Newtown Week and spent time litter picking around the town.

Fantastic to support this initiative with Powys County Council and Keep Wales Tidy.

In 2022-2023 we achieved:

🔹 14% of persons on site were Welsh speakers
🔹 52% lived in Wales
🔹 111 persons previously unemployed, were given work and/or employability opportunities
🔹 62% of subcontractors based in Wales

By 2050, the UK has pledged to reach #NetZero

Here are some of our actions to support this goal:

🔹 95% of waste from sites was diverted from landfill
🔹 Head office now powered by 100% SSE Renewables green energy
🔹 Reduced electricity & gas use by 10% and 50% over 5 years
