Are the UK’s Trident launch failures a cause for concern?

No. The Trident-II D5 is very reliable, with a 3.7% total failure rate (and only 3/196 since 1990).

Here's a longer answer with facts and a cracking chart (thanks to amazing work by Jonathan McDowell):

: Although the Netherlands spends less on defence than some of its neighbours, its procurement of long-range strike capabilities represents one of the most serious efforts by a European NATO member to redress existing capability gaps.

The Netherlands is planning to strengthen its long-range strike capabilities. Its procurement choices also highlight long-standing capability gaps and a shortage of European alternatives.

Calls for Germany to improve deterrence through long-range strike capabilities. Alone among European NATO members, Germany is developing a ground-launched cruise missile, the JFS-M. Although limited in range, procurement of JASSM-ER will add extra reach.
