The first chapter of my upcoming book is titled: “Speak Now Or Forever Hold Your Peace” It speaks about my mums first marriage to my then stepdad, and a lesson I learned about speaking up. It was gut wrenching to write to say the least 🥲 Should be available mid September!

I’ve smoked for 10 years, around 10 cigarettes a day. While writing a chapter in my book last night, I worked out that I have smoked over 35,000 cigarettes in the last decade. Fucking disgusting 🤮 That all changes from today. Hold me accountable guys, please!! 🥲

Working in the care industry has shown me that there is more to life than money. Living in the real world has taught me that money is everything. I feel a conflict of interest brewing 😅

If I could go back and do things differently. I probably wouldn’t. I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. Your past created your present. Good and bad. It’s what I do next that I’m concerned about.
