This year marked the 10th year of the Sikh Youth Leadership Institute. We had the privilege to bring together a group of bright young Sikhs from across the country who enact real change in their respective communities and have the potential to become great leaders.

Participants had the chance to develop leadership skills such as applying Sikhi-based leadership, emotional intelligence, media training, digital marketing, and more. This was also a priceless opportunity to develop their own networks and connect with the SYLI alumni network.
