Technology-Facilitated Abuse is any form of harassment, manipulation, or control that occurs via digital means. From cyberstalking to digital blackmail, the internet can become a platform for exploitation and harm. It's crucial to recognize the signs to protect yourself.

This new month brings a renewed commitment to honor our hardworking individuals on Workers' Day, standing united to end gender-based violence against women and girls. Let's celebrate progress and strive for a safer, more equal world!
