Congratulations to Katherine A Donovan and colleagues at DFCI on their work uncovering numerous interactors of CRBN glues!
Our evolved and engineered CRBN derivative used to enrich and visualise C-term cyclic imide-containing proteins, aka "Cerebody," is now live and in stereo in Cell Chemical Biology!🫡🎉💛 Congratulations to everyone behind this cool work! Huzzah! sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
Pleased to share Dr Nur Kocaturk has been awarded a Cross-Sector Experience Award from Academy of Medical Sciences This funding will allow them to collaborate with Promega Corp to co-develop a new cellular ligand finding platform for intractable disease related proteins.
Congratulations to Selina Zhang Selina Zhang who has been awarded one of our conference scholarships to attend the Lorne Ubiquitin Conference in Australia! Read more about her and the exciting doctoral work in ALS she is doing below. #WomenInTPD
While a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down, glycosylated PROTACs are a nifty way to metabolically control PROTAC activity 🤩🟦🍬 Check out our newest work out now is J. Am. Chem. Soc. 🫡 Congrats to Chace and all authors! 💐🎉🐱 pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…
If you are in the Boston area at the end of October do not miss our free, in-person networking event on Wednesday, October 29th from 5:30-7:30pm! Thank you so much to Kymera Therapeutics for hosting. Register below at this link: eventbrite.com/e/women-in-tpd…
The Aug-Sept Journal Club is ready!! Thanks to our amazing editors: Aitana de la Cuadra Basté, Nicola Murdoch, Qinghzi, and Michael. If you are interested in the latest TPD literature, have a look! buff.ly/JQPQrXK #openaccess #TPD #journalclub UoD Life Sciences
What can you degrade if you bifunctionalize the CRBN binder to an agnostic chemical library? Turns out a lot of proteins! Read this fascinating work below led by the talented Ines Forrest, Ph.D. , Ph.D and colleagues at Scripps on their approach using AgnoTACs. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
From the Bristol Myers Squibb team co-led by Lynda Groocock and Deborah Mortensen comes the story of developing a BCL6 oral degrader with pM potency and excellent TGI. Fantastic work everyone! pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…
Fantastic panel and discussion last night including Katherine A Donovan (DFCI) and organized by Lori Friedman (ORIC) at the AACR-NCI-EORTC Town Hall on "The Promise of Molecular Glues in Cancer Treatment: Will it stick?"
Congratulations to Dr. Nur Kocatürk on being awarded a Women in TPD & Induced Proximity conference scholarship to attend the 8th Annual Hanson Wade TPD and Induced Proximity conference in Boston! 👏👏👏
