If being trans (separate from gender dysphoria) isn't a medical condition, the hormones/surgeries shouldn't be NHS covered.

If being trans IS medical, it should be treated with therapy to attempt to cure it, not interventions to affirm it.

If it's cosmetic, YOU pay for it.
