✈️🌍 Class 2 Take Off on a Geography Adventure! 🌍✈️ We role-played boarding a plane and travelling all the way to Kenya 🇰🇪. After listening carefully to the safety video from our cabin crew, we watched out of the window as we took off!

🍌 🍫 Fractions you can eat! 🍌 🍫 Class 3 have been getting hands-on with by using different foods to explore fractions! By cutting, sharing and comparing real items, the children could see, touch and understand how fractions work – learning has never been so tasty!

🚀✨ Class 4 Blast Off to the National Space Centre! ✨🚀 Class 4 had a great time on their trip to the National Space Centre, bringing their space topic to life! 🌍🪐 They explored exhibits, and even had the chance to programme Lego rovers, just like real space engineers 🤖🚀.

Class 2 have been making different foods from around the World in DT this term. They’ve been practising cutting, spreading, grating and mixing!

Young Voices never fails to disappoint! Everyone had a wonderful time performing the songs they’ve been working hard on learning in such a memorable concert! 🎵

It was a brave and impressive performance from our cross country runners who braved some wintery conditions to complete a very wet and muddy course! 🏃🏻 🏃🏻‍♀️

A BIG well done to our athletes who competed in the Sportshall Athletics and came away with a silver medal!🥈

Our netballers have had a busy couple of weeks with competing in the CGS Outreach 🏃 Netball Finals and a win in their first league match!

The girls doing a fabulous job at representing the school at a Girls’ Football competition! ⚽️ Big smiles, new skills and lots of confidence!

Another new sport for some of these children - trying their hand at hockey! 🏑 Some great perseverance, determination and team work on show!

Class 2 LOVED their trip to Yorkshire Wildlife Park to find out more about different animals and their habitats!

What an unforgettable residential trip to PGL! 🌟 Class 3 showed bravery as they faced fears and impressed us all with their teamwork and problem-solving skills. Most importantly, there were smiles, laughter, and memories made! 🌻
