It's been 12 years since we added any cats to our family (when we added 2 ragdoll kittens). We already found a friend for Orson (hopefully joining us this weekend). Out of habit, we keep checking listings and find beauties like this. This is how people get lots of cats, isn't it?

My all time favorite condiment! Yucatecan pickled red onions with garlic and habanero. Blanch a big red onion, drain then mix with lime, vinegar, salt & pepper, mex oregano, a tsp of sugar, and garlic and habanero to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!

Our current kitty, Orson, isn't feeling well so we put off our newest addition. The rescue was very understanding and will hold this fluff for us. Hopefully next weekend should be better. I'll keep you posted.
