It is 1 year since we began legal proceedings against the Home Office after they dropped 3 recommendations from the Williams Windrush Lessons Learned Review. We continue to fight for justice alongside Garden Court Chambers & Public Law Project with the case due to be heard on 23rd April.

Human Rights Watch interviewed claimants trying to access the Windrush Compensation Scheme 5 years into its existence. A scheme that purportedly intends to mend harm. Claimants said the application process was re-traumatizing & too complicated. Assistance by a lawyer made all the difference.👇🏽
