Wyllie’s ‘Destiny’ bags were distributed in December 1992 because it was the month Edinburgh held a European summit. Trade unions, Labour, SNP, Lib Dems and other supporters of a Scottish Parliament held The March for Scottish Democracy which around 20,000 people attended.
