You've been framed! It was great to host Wolverhampton's LGBT+ Sparkle social group wolvehampton group to Wildside recently as they got creative making photo frames. We think the results of their hard work are picture perfect!

Ferns are incredible - they are one of the oldest plant species on Earth, growing before the dinosaurs emerged. With over 10,000 varieties, the largest can grow up to 15 metres! Thanks to volunteers Ann and Liz for transforming a damp corner of Wildside with these amazing plants!

Our Little Explorers had another amazing week this week, stringing conkers, making leaf crowns and playing super heroes with the giant parachute. Having fun in nature is a great way to learn. Little Explorers takes place every Monday during term time bit.ly/41h4oy9

Even though it's half term, visitors to Wildside were treated to a 'spelling lesson' with a difference during our Witches and Wizards spells and potions session and narrow boat trip this week

Autumn is synonymous with the incredible colours of our trees as the leaves turn to shades of red, gold and amber - like those shown here in Wildside's woods. However, climate change may be having an impact on this much-loved aspect of autumn. bit.ly/46RV6va
