1. Mistakes happen
2. Take them seriously
3. Learn from them and find the root cause
4. Embrace the memes, it is what it is
5. Do a sanity check anytime someone hands you a weapon system that you are not familiar with. Especially with launchers

Is this a 27.5mm ? There’s is an ATF letter stating you can use a solid plastic/pvc projectile for the purpose of sighting in a flare launcher without being a DD, but that certainly has been stretched, however as long as it’s not advertised as as anti-personnel, it might be legal
