Remember everyone, tomorrow night. Fireworks for one hour and one hour only. Some of us have to get up early, have pets that are scared. Enjoy the hour and then it’s quiet time. Thank you for your restraint.

🚨BREAKING: The House has passed has passed The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025 218 to 206 with two Democrats joining Republicans. The bill bans schools from allowing biological males from competing in women's sports. Good!

We lost our farm when I was 14. There was no fall back plan…the farm taught us work ethic and we made it happen. Plan B wasn’t an option.

How tf is she justifying this ? No one assumes women are weak specially once you understand birth which is what these men competing with women can’t do. The fact we’re trying to justify why men should be able to compete with female athletes is mind blowing .

JJ McCarthy's latest on IG: "My whole goal as an athlete is to be the best version of myself mentally, physically, and emotionally on the field." "God is in control, but God doesn't expect you to lean on a shovel and pray for a hole." I love this dude.

A small carb hit before training beats perfect macros later. 10–20g carbs, ~10 minutes pre-session = better output and adaptation. Under-fueling doesn’t make you tough. It trains your body to protect itself instead of adapting.
