We all face the question of 'what's next?' at some point in our lives. It's a privilege to work with PFA Scotland and STUC Learning on this programme.

The most enjoyable part of working with three different groups of players and coaches is watching them make sense of their experience as they look to the future. Working with Marvin Bartley and others has been an incredible learning experience for me.
