Global crude and products inventories still drawing to start 2026, completely opposite of narrative! While 🇺🇲 supply is stalled out and global supply is impacted by geopolitics, demand is growing at an incredible clip leading to this delta between expectations and reality! 🛢💰

Global flights running exceptionally strong to begin 2026 with large increases in commercial travel along with higher cargo flights and military activity. With large amounts of new aircraft being constantly delivered, jet fuel demand is expected to rise for years to come! 🛢️💰

Drilling rigs in the Williston Basin have completely collapsed, now down 38% YoY as declining rock productivity and poor well results affect operations. Further M&A looks to be on deck with a steadily declining production profile across North Dakota for the next few years. 🛢💰

Global crude and products inventories have been flat for 5 months now as supply disruptions and declines meet roaring demand! With both American shale production and OPEC+ spare capacity dropping, this multi-year structural oil bull cycle continues to take shape. 🛢💰

Global crude and products inventories dropped at a rate of 7 MMbpd last week with rapid drawdowns in crude and products at sea! WTI prices are already up 50% in the last month, with significant upside and volatility expected as these inventories further reduce. 🛢💰

With American DUC well counts depleted + drilling rigs ⬇️ 16% over last year, shale E&P's ability to grow production is hampered. Oil structural bull market requires Permian inventory degradation to the point it cannot grow even at higher oil pricing, which is where we are! 🛢💰

Fujairah, UAE product inventories approaching multi-year lows as every available barrel is being spoken for in record time! With millions of barrels stuck as tank bottoms or minimum operational inventory, we are about to find out the world's true crude + product inventory. 🛢💰
