Setting up the irrigation for the sensor pit for Perth SCIA compaction day Aug 5th @ Rostock. Hamilton-Brant SCIA 2 wks later @ east of Brantford. Wouldn’t see any compaction difference if we don’t mimic spring/fall by “wetting” the pits. As expected soils bone dry and cracking.

I just want to thank the teams from Muellensteen Tire and Tirecraft for their valued help at pulling off an excellent compaction event at Perth today. Couldn’t do it without their technical knowledge and willingness to sweat with the rest of us weighing up equipment.
