Quickly rising on my list of #horriblecustomerservice, Bank of America. Have been getting run around on removing employee from account for more than a month now. Has become more than inconvenience, now costly. Can’t recommend them. #avoid

Maybe find way to solve problem w/ corporate card when need doesn’t fit your 3 voice prompt options. Near impossible to get human & no help when do reach someone. Month anda half w problem is unacceptable. I understand rules but get someone to listen & offer assist.
