Westchester County residents can bring their dogs, cats and ferrets for free rabies vaccinations on Sunday, September 14 or Sunday, November 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Stamen Animal Hospital, 61 Quaker Ridge Road, New Rochelle. To reserve a vaccination, call (914) 632-1269.
