This past Saturday, The West Point Band’s Marching Band performed during the opening ceremony to kick off the 2024 Hudson Valley Special Olympics, hosting approximately 750 competitors!

Today marks the start of Plebe Parent weekend, an important milestone for our first-year West Point Cadets. On behalf of the West Point Band, we extend a warm welcome and hope for a fantastic weekend ahead! 👋

In addition to daily meal formations, the drummers of the Hellcats play a vital role in ensuring the precision and synchronization of the Corps of Cadets during drills. This week, the Class of 2027 spent time drilling on the Apron in preparation for the Plebe Parent Parade! 🥁
