The Federation Trail, between Millers Road and Fogarty Avenue, will reopen on Saturday. This is part of works to complete the Federation Trail and connect to Kororoit Creek Trail. Cyclists and pedestrians will enjoy smoother stronger surfacing and widening in sections.

A new walking & cycling bridge over Moonee Ponds Creek is open. Linking paths from Footscray Rd to Maribyrnong River, this bridge safely separates pedestrians & cyclists from traffic. This is a part of 14km’s of new & upgraded walking & cycling paths of the project.

Seamless Journey. For cyclists and pedestrians, this section of Federation is now open which will make your trips even easier and more enjoyable. This 2.1km stretch between Millers Road & Old Geelong Road is an important part of travelling between Werribee, Hyde St & the city.
