The Outstanding Academic Achievement Award went to Dr.Adam Esa who achieved a PHD in Medicine from Cardiff University Dr.Adam Esa was unable to make the awards ceremony due to work so we went to present his award and capture a few words on what it means to him🏆🎓#WelshSomaliAwards2017

Two other Outstanding Academic Achievement Awards were presented to two amazing young girls from the community, sisters Hannah & Amani Yusuf who between them scooped a landslide of A* & A grades in their GCSEs WalesOnline 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 even did a piece on results day🏆🎓#WelshSomaliAwards2017
