You’ve probably noticed those writing petitions against the cull rarely provide any data. They rely on just saying it’s β€œunscientific” or whatever. For the first time in decades TB is reducing, the policy, which is more than badger culling, is working.

Brian May Now make your theory fit with the observed epidemiology of the disease worldwide. TB would be persistent (repeat outbreaks) across the UK if it was the main issue. But UK TB only persists where we have infected badgers and fails to persist anywhere else, due to cattle testing.

Brian May Didn't you manage to find this study concluding slurry was a minor factor in the spread of bTB - not hard to find, there are others out there .. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P… Were there any studies supporting your fairytales/theories?

Brian May I’m saddened by your programme because you have ignored much of the available science and while I’m pleased you highlighted the impact on farmers you have drawn broad conclusions from your farm visits and have played down the ongoing system failure, & ignored the role of badgers

BE PART OF THE SOLUTION, NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM Be part of the solution, not part of the problem, acknowledge the data released by APHA each quarter, and ask why TB policy rolled out in 2016 has caused confirmed New Herd Incidence (the measure used in the RBCT) to plummet.
