I am very happy that Weifeng Lin has received many opportunities to present the great progress of his PhD studies at the #BioorganicGRC. Please visit his poster #6 today & tomorrow to learn about our microbiome investigations. Big thanks to the GRC and GRS conference chairs.
Grateful to have finally gotten to attend (and organize) the #bioorganicchemistryGRS with my cochair and friend Pratik Kumar. Amazing group of scientists, fantastic talks and posters, and a wild game of volleyball. Thanks to all who came!
We are also present at EMBL in Heidelberg at the Chemical Biology Conference with Weifeng Lin. Here he presented his flash talk and please stop by his poster No 112 tonight to learn more details about his work with chemoselective probes for Metabolomics analysis. #EMBOChemBio
Congrats to Weifeng Lin for his new publication in Chemical Communications. We have developed a new method for the quantification of SCFAs in microbiome cultures. We are honored to be part of the 2023 Pioneering Investigators Series. Wonderful collaboration with Juan Du Lab and CTMR.
Happy to see the final version of our short-chain fatty acids quantification paper published. Check our Inside Front Cover out. #2023PioneeringInvestigators Weifeng Lin Juan Du Lab CTMR

Congrats to Weifeng Lin for his new publication "Identification of nutritional biomarkers through highly sensitive and metabolomics" in #FoodChemistry in collaboration with Ana Rodriguez-Mateos. Our study reports on the upscale of our chemical metabolomics tool for carbonyl-metabolites
Excited for the start of the Metabolomics 2023 Conference in Niagara Falls #Metsoc2023. Join us and learn about our new tools during a talk by Weifeng Lin today at 4:30 pm (Chemoselective Probes), a talk by Ioanna Tsiara tomorrow at 10:45 am (Enzymes) and our lab poster #1203.
We are very happy that Ioanna Tsiara and Weifeng Lin were selected for talks to present about our new projects and results in the developments of Chemical Biology tools. Great presentations by our two PhD Students! #ProudPI #Metsoc2023 #Metabolomics Metabolomics Society
Globisch Lab Congratulations to Weifeng Lin from the Globisch Lab for receiving a travel grant from Nordic Metabolomics Society to attend #MetSoc2023! Clearly a great lab to work in - so check out the open positions before they are filled! 👆
Thanks for Nordic Metabolomics Society to support me to participate such amazing conference#MetSoc2023. It was a wonderful week in Niagara falls.
Excited to share our newest publication from Ioanna Tsiara just published in ACS Analytical Chemistry Journals. Ioanna has developed a new method for separate analysis of phase II metabolites in human urine samples using two different enzymes immobilized to magnetic beads. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
On Thursday, we had our traditional nailing of the PhD thesis at Uppsala University, 3 weeks before the dissertation. Check out his creative thesis cover. One step missing for Weifeng Lin to complete his PhD. #metabolomics #chemicalbiology #microbiome #chemoselectivity
Congratulations to Weifeng Lin for successfully defending his PhD on Friday. Fantastic presentation & great defense to complete his dissertation. Big thank you to the fantastic opponent Schroeder Research Group and all committee members for great discussions.#ProudPI #chemicalbiology
Great start in this year! Big congrats to Weifeng Lin for his publication in Angewandte Chemie detailing our newly developed chemoselective probe for bifunctional mass spec investigation of carboxylic acid- & carbonyl-containing metabolites in human samples. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…
We are excited that our Cover Image has been selected as the Back Cover in Angewandte Chemie. Congratulations to Weifeng Lin's fantastic study.
