Our interactive seasons calendar inspired by Montessori and Karen Wilding. To share birthdays, celebrations and events- whilst also teaching children about time, past, present, future, changes, months, seasons and many other early mathematical concepts.

I think this might be one of my favourite classroom setups yet-probably because I built it from scratch! From an empty room to a calm, organised space where the environment works as the third teacher (#ReggioEmilia vibes, inspired by Early Excellence).

This traditional telephone, has been added to our home corner to inspire curiosity & imaginative play. It supports language development through conversation while also fostering an awareness of the past, enabling them to compare historical artefacts through play experiences.
