was reading an article about July 1903 rainfall,4 TCs passed Luzon that year(isa sa Batanes), but surprisingly, data shows 1903 was not an excessively rainy year. I didn't realize when I was writing this paper, doi.org/10.1002/joc.62…, but it's useful to me now w/ past wx events
