SAT AM Tropical Update: There's been a shift to the end of the forecast cone for what will be Imelda that will form this weekend. Imelda will *slowly drift to the north over the coming days before potentially making an right-hand steer to the east now... bringing lower impacts!

A Tropical Depression has formed - likely to strengthen into Tropical Storm Imelda later today! Newest cone continues to favor a slow steering to the east Tuesday avoiding a landfall but still bringing lots of rain, gusty winds, and high surf to the coast and inland.

*CRASH* This morning, just before 10am, we responded to a crash on Reese Blvd. Although no one was injured, a fire hydrant was hit and this is the aftermath. Avoid the area for now, a lot of work and clean up is needed by Charlotte Water. #Crash #CLTtraffic
