Delicious winter meal 🔥 Seared then slow cooked beef necks served with red polenta and green beans sautéed in beef tallow (plus some broth from the necks). The meat fell right off the bones and now I’ll use them to make a beef bone broth 😋

Bones back in the crock pot for 24 hours! Can’t wait to see it jiggle 🤪
