Amazing walk with Luna. A 10km round trip along the beach to Bexhill. Over 11,000 steps and 750+ calories burnt. All before 9am. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

After a 9.5km walk yesterday, followed it up with a great workout this morning. Over 4,300 steps, 50 x V Sit ups, 50 x push ups and 50 x medicine ball squats. Feeling good. 👍🏻💪🏻
