Thank you, @DavidMundell, for leading the vital discussion on achieving Scotland’s goal of ending HIV transmission by 2030. As Dr Scott Arthur MP (Edinburgh South West) 🌍🌈🌹 highlighted, from opt-out testing to tackling stigma, we must ensure no one is left behind. #GetToZero 💪 buff.ly/42UBpnt

Thank you to Pam Duncan-Glancy MSP & Martin Rhodes for joining our Chief Executive, Grant Sugden & THT Scotland yesterday. It was fantastic to highlight the vital services we both provide across Greater Glasgow—improving access to testing, PrEP, HIV care, and support. #GetToZero

We were delighted to attend #ScotLab25 to talk about the steps needed to end new HIV transmission by 2030. It was great to be joined by Shadow Health Minister Paul Sweeney & our partners THT Scotland to discuss expanding HIV testing, improving access to PrEP, & tackling stigma.

We were delighted to see Anas Sarwar & cross-party MPs/MSPs calling for investment in opt-out HIV testing in A&Es. This vital tool has already identified hundreds of undiagnosed cases elsewhere in the UK. If we’re serious about ending new HIV cases by 2030, we need urgent action.

📢 Big news from @ScotGov: Opt-out testing for blood-borne viruses will be rolled out in A&Es across NHS Lothian and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. At Waverley Care, we strongly welcome this news; early diagnosis saves lives and is key to achieving our goal of zero new HIV transmission by 2030.

HIV services are at a crossroads! Michael Payne MP explores the new HIV Outcomes UK report and why urgent funding for the voluntary sector is essential if we’re serious about reaching zero new HIV transmission by 2030. 👉buff.ly/ZMBf4Ub

Yesterday, with Terrence Higgins Trust and Paul Sweeney, we hosted a roundtable at Scottish Parliament, supported by Gilead Sciences, on the progress of Scotland’s HIV Transmission Elimination Plan & opt-out testing in emergency departments. Together, we’re working to #GetToZero by 2030.
