Two games this week. Tomorrow 6:30pm - the 2ndXV take on Maltby, away, in the FINAL of the Uniplex South Yorkshire Bowl. Saturday 3pm - the 1stXV host Veseyans Rugby in the QUARTER-FINAL of the Counties 2 Championship.

Determined to make every game hard work, the 2ndXV won the South Yorkshire Bowl 22-19 against Maltby. While never behind, the closing stages of the match saw Wath reduced to 12 players, but put in a brave performance, only conceding a converted try in the very last play.

Unfortunately, our senior rugby season ended yesterday, with a hard fought 17-26 loss to Veseyans Rugby in the quarter final of the national cup. Good luck to Veseyans in the semi final.

This Saturday: Celebrate a successful season! Despite the disappointment of defeat last Saturday there is plenty to celebrate; 1stXV promotion to Counties 1 Yorkshire, and the 2ndXV winning the South Merit League and the South Yorkshire Bowl.
