International student enrollment fell slightly overall, but our undergraduate numbers are relatively stable, with 35 fewer students compared to Fall 2024. Universities across the US are seeing steep declines in international. WSU remains a safe, welcoming space to all students!

🎃 Students carved pumpkins at the International Center — for many, their first Halloween! Fun fact: pumpkin carving came from Irish & Scottish immigrants who once carved turnips to ward off spirits. When they arrived in the U.S., pumpkins became the perfect substitute.
