Today is my first day as Professor of Law at SOAS University of London, University of London. Sad leaving friends at Birkbeck, but grateful to have been welcomed so warmly by my lovely new colleagues at SOAS and to work alongside scholars I have known and admired for years. Here's to new beginnings.
