💊Twice daily moderate (omeprazole 20mg BID) > once daily standard (20mg QD) or moderate (40mg QD) dose
💊Twice daily moderate (20mg BID) = twice daily high (40mg BID) dose

👉Symptoms often related more to underlying neurosensory than motor dysfunction
👉Clinical history > numbers on gastric emptying tests alone
