Following my w'blow-Dr David Taylor did a GIDS report for Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in 2006. It read almost the same as Hilary Cass report. But it was buried - and NHS England have also ignored concerns until it came 'outside' the NHS and was examined at High Court-we need a public enquiry.
