Opensea just needed to drop a token and they would have given people a big stimmy and solidified themselves as #1. Now they are enemy #1 for creators (collections and artists alike) and have an inferior product to blur. Also just a weak reactive move as opposed to innovating.

The 3rd camp is around legal enforcement. Right now marketplaces are violating TOS/TOU for NFT projects w/ that in their TOS/TOU. Big companies are looking at legal options to enforce their royalties. First with legal notices & then if nothing fixed, legal action.
