Teachers, do what you can and know it’s enough. You’re not in competition with anyone else. Parents do what you can and know it’s enough. You’re not in competition with anyone else either.

Schools and admin should not be doing formal evals on teachers now. Not unless you spent the year training and preparing them to do remote learning online in a crisis.
