The BIOPOLE team have deployed 3️⃣ gliders which will spend the next few months collecting vital info about the deep ocean 🌊 & under the sea ice 🧊 (somewhere it's tough to collect data, making this extra exciting!)

Anybody missing a wave glider?

One was found washed up on the Newfoundland side of the Strait of Bell Isle last summer. Buddy called the manufacturer, but never heard back about an owner (!!??).
