#MeetTheTeamMonday Today we're spotlighting out Community Therapy Team!🌟 The amazing team provide rehabilitation and therapy in a person's home or community setting to help with growing confidence and independence. They offer a range of services to help with the patients needs.

Thanks to the Assistive Technology team at Wigan Council for hosting us at The Bungalow this week. Great to learn about all the assistive technologies that could be recommended to patients!
