Did you know? In bad weather, many bees will clamp onto some vegetation and go into a torpor.

This male Willughby’s leafcutter bee has been hit by a storm, but is still asleep. When he wakes, he will be fine – although his hairstyle runs the risk of drying into a punk perm!
