Loved speaking at Bluefield State University’s annual fundraiser supporting their renewed Mining Engineering Technology program. After a decade-long hiatus, they relaunched the program this semester, and it’s already a huge success. Congrats to Bluefield State University and President Martin.

We’ve officially linked Chief Logan State Park with the Hatfield-McCoy Trails—today we opened a new connector trail, meaning you can stay at the lodge and jump right on the trails. There's no doubt that #WestVirginia is the best place to be for outdoor adventure. WV State Parks

It doesn’t matter if we’re in the Northern Panhandle, Eastern Panhandle, Southern Coalfields, or anywhere in between—Babydog is always the star of the show. She loves meeting new people, and she really loves making people smile.

We’ve already seen monumental tax cuts in West Virginia, and I’m urging lawmakers to consider another in our upcoming special session. We’ve slashed the personal income tax twice & we need to keep going. Getting rid of our income tax is the best way to bring more goodness to WV.

We should ALL be thankful for the hardworking men and women of the WVDOT who are building goodness. We know the formula: great roads + great education + low taxes = more people & more goodness! These amazing people are doing their part. Babydog and I are very appreciative.
