Today, Dr. Gillen had the honor of presenting former Principal Thomas J. McNulty Jr. with the James P. Garvin Award at the NELMS Annual Conference in Springfield. The Garvin Award is NELMS' highest honor!

Congratulations Mr. Colin Moge for being honored as the Massachusetts School Counselor of the Year in Devens this evening. We are so fortunate to have such a caring and dedicated person supporting our students each and every day.

West Side was well represented at the Massachusetts K-12 MA Dept. of Education Awards Night. Mr. Moge from WSPS - High School and our own Mrs. Manning were recognized by the state by former Superintendent and current Commissioner Dr. Johnston! We even bumped into our old friend Martin Geoghegan (he/him/his)

Congrats to 8th Grader Emma Chapman! Emma is a winner of the NELMS ‘Distinguished Student Award’ which recognizes students for strong academic, citizenship, and character. The award is given to just a few students across New England and is NELMS' highest student honor!

Today we were thrilled to welcome back the WSPS - High School Class of 2024 for their annual ‘Grad Walk’ back through their old schools!
