Sources of Strength had a Mental Health Resource Table at our senior One Act Plays last night. The WARU Theatre did an awesome job on both shows which address important topics of teen suicide and eating disorders. Highly recommended for mature audiences.

Remember: There is no health without mental health! #MentalHealth is just as important as physical health, and asking for help is a normal part of life. You should never feel like you have to take on the world 🌎 alone.

Continuing our “Get Connected” campaign, we partnered with Theatre Club to spread hope and love to the Covenant school community. Drop off art supply donations at the Counseling Office, the little theatre, or to any adult leader.
