Today an email was sent without context about setting up a new Zendesk login. This was not spam and there was no security issue. It was created while upgrading support services and transferring previous tickets to a new Zendesk instance. (1/2)

Creating a login is NOT required and you dont need to take any actions. If you would like to use Zendesk, feel free to set up your new account by following the steps in the email. If you are an Advanced Custom Fields customer, you can continue to use your ACF customer portal as usual (2/2)
