1. While most of our Marathon Training Crew are still out on the roads this morning, we will post the rest of our weekend updates: 20 very early solo miles for Thomas this morning (Marathon training) 💪 Portadown Half Marathon (Sunday am) Lee F - 1hr 39mins 🥇🥳 Another PB!

3. Training will continue as normal this week with a run tomorrow and usually training on Wednesday

This is our Marathon crew's longest ever run. A phenomenal 18 miles smashed out! Well done team and a well deserved treat at the end 😋💙

1. This weekend the Marathon crew take on their longest ever run. The rest of us will be on the route providing their water stops & running support for them all. In the meantime some of team WNR made their weekly outing to local parkruns. 6 venues 19 runners / 5 Volunteers
