Charity car wash this Sunday 2pm start! Entry will be via South Road, B31 2RB.

Its been a busy last Night Shift for Watch Commander Paul Smith of Kings Norton Green Watch, his last night shift before retiring from the Fire Service

Fire crews from across Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service supported by West Midlands Fire Service are currently dealing with a large fire in the Lydiate Ash area. We have 10 fire appliances and multiple specialist vehicles in attendance.

Green watch Kings Norton have been assisting our colleagues in Hereford & Worcestershire at a large fire in Catshill Bromsgrove.

Kings Norton & Billesley Fire Station Green Watch have attended a serious Road Traffic Collision between a car and bus on Druids Lane, Maypole. Druids Lane will remain closed for some time while police carry out investigations. Please avoid the area. #DriveSafe

Kings Norton Green Watch’s Trainee is been put through his paces on the role of Breathing Apparatus Entry Control Officer, where he expected to monitor the location, air supply and activities of Firefighters inside a building. #teamwork

Green watch Kings Norton have been updating their method of entry training Hay Mills Fire Station our new equipment allows to make entry quickly, efficiently and with reduced damage.

Kings Norton Green Watch are changing over all the equipment from their Fire Appliance to another at Bournbrook. Just like your car, our fire engines need servicing too & while that’s been done we need to use a spare appliance to keep our community safe.

Green watch Kings Norton are carrying out our weekly engine house scrub out. This is done every Sunday morning. Keeping our station & equipment clean and ready for use is important. #notjustfires
