2/7 Attempts to stall the UN resolution are a denial of the brutal past, which officially violates #BiH criminal law and is a grave insult to the memory of the victims. United Nations

3/7 Serbia's President, Aleksandar Vučić, since the 90s allied with convicted war criminal Vojislav Šešelj, must anwer for the past, not obstruct the future! Vučić’s current administration’s attempt to influence the UN resolution is a denial of justice...

It is a paradox that the Александар Вучић administration, once connected to the very regime responsible for the atrocities, now seeks to impede a resolution aimed at recognition and reconciliation.

5/7 A law against genocide denial stands in BiH. It is egregious for Cvijanović to deny the genocide when BiH law clearly states such denial is a criminal offense. Her stance is a stark betrayal of the principles of truth and justice that WGBiH stands for.

6/7 We call for immediate legal review and action by relevant prosecutors against such denialism by the member of the Bosnian tripartite presidency, Cvijanović.

7/7 This resolution is not merely an act of remembrance but a reaffirmation of our collective duty to uphold truth and ensure such atrocities are never forgotten nor repeated, helping to heal the wounds that persist across generations. BiH's laws and sovereignty are sacrosanct.
